Safety Mission

In Treasureland, we place the highest value on the safety of children. We have added a computerized check-in system that allows us to keep your children safe and secure throughout the duration of their time with us. The system, People Driven Software Live (PDS Live) requires the matching of fingerprints or a family PIN number.  Our amazing Registration team will happily assist you.

 

Background Checks and Waiting Period

All of our adult Treasureland volunteers and workers have background check, reference check, and application on file.  In addition, volunteers must be members of the church or have been attending for 6 months to serve in Treasureland.  During Treasureland worship, the security team and point person work in collaboration with Treasureland at all times via walkie talkies and frequent walk around checks.  In the case of emergencies, policies and procedures are in place to keep children safe until the issue has resolved. 

 

 

First Time Families

At all of our campuses the Treasureland Registration Team is waiting to make your worship experience as easy as possible.  They'll be wearing red or green shirts with big smiles.  They'll ensure that you know where your children are at and that we know how to reach you should your child need you during Treasureland worship. 

 

Treasureland Check in and Check Out

Check in at the kiosks at all campuses using your fingerprint or family PIN.  You will receive two nametags.  Put the one with larger print on your child in an easy to see place.  The second nametag is for you to keep for Check Out!  The numbers match, and we will only return children to people that have matching number nametags.  You do not need to use the kiosk to Check Out.  Just take your second nametag down to the room your child has been worshipping in during Treasureland. 

 

What if my Child Needs Me or Treasureland Needs to Contact You?

Your number will flash on the screens in the adult worship area should your child need you during worship. We'll meet you where your child is worshipping for Treasureland.  If you have any questions about security, contact us at info@faithchurchonline.org.
