Mark oversees the use of the backpack recording studios that are used for field recordings.

Ed and Jan and their translation team completed the Tabaru New Testament in September 2008, and the people have received the Scriptures in their own language for the first time. Ed and Jan are working with the Tabaru people translating the Old Testament. They are working on plans for a library out in the jungles of Halmahera where the Tabaru live. In addition the team is working on a song/hymn book in the Tabaru language. Ed and Jan are being prepared by The Seed Company to do consultant work in Asia, on other New Testaments, helping to check each book as they are translated and prepared for publishing.
